- Your day begins with a 6:40am pick up from one convenient Sydney CBD location, allowing you to reach the Blue Mountains early and make the most of the day. Enjoy a scenic drive west as your guide shares stories of the region’s landscapes and history.
- Visit Echo Point first up to take in the breathtaking views of the Three Sisters, one of Australia’s most iconic natural landmarks, with time to explore the lookout and take photos overlooking the Jamison Valley.
- Continue to the historic Zig Zag Railway, where you’ll board a beautifully restored train for a unique heritage rail journey through dramatic sandstone cuttings and native bushland.
- Stop in the picturesque village of Blackheath, one of the Blue Mountains’ most charming and well-loved towns, celebrated for its quality cafés, boutique stores and historic streetscape. Enjoy free time to select your own lunch and explore the village at a relaxed pace.
- Next stop is Katoomba Cascades Waterfalls where you can stroll along the boardwalks and viewing platforms, witnessing the mesmerizing cascade of water through the verdant foliage. This tranquil spot is ideal for capturing stunning nature photographs. You can even walk on stepping stones at the bottom of the amazing falling and free flowing water from the cascades.
- Experience Scenic World, with a ride on the Scenic Railway, Scenic Skyway and Scenic Cableway followed by a refreshing wander through rainforest on the Scenic Walkway.
- After a full day of exploration, return to Sydney via a scenic ferry ride on the Sydney Harbour, arriving at Circular Quay around 5:45pm, perfectly placed for onward travel or evening plans.
- Pick up from one convenient Sydney CBD location at 6:40am.
- Return ferry timetables vary and the return time of 5:45pm is a guide only.
- Should weather or other conditions prevent views, or if not all or any rides can be completed at Scenic World for any reason including extremely excessive lines or maintenance works, the company offers no refunds either partial or full.
- Children under 2 years old are free providing they do not occupy a seat, if a seat is required, please purchase a Child ticket.
- During peak periods a larger vehicle may be used.
- Helpful items to bring: Water, Hat, Sunscreen, Camera, warm clothing and an umbrella if rain is forecast.
Water
Please bring your own water, we encourage the use of reusable water bottles.
You will also have opportunities to purchase water on your tour.
Clothing
Our weather can change very rapidly so please check forecasts prior to coming on tour, bring an umbrella if rain is forecast.
Maybe bring a jacket as a backup and flat sealed shoes are recommended.
Luggage
A small day pack bag is all that is permitted on the bus due to space constraints.
